• To process and deliver your tiffin orders.
• To calculate delivery distance and applicable delivery charges.
• To contact you about your order via phone or WhatsApp.
• To display customer reviews on the site (name and comment only; phone numbers are never shown publicly).

3. Payments

We do not collect or store your card, bank, or UPI credentials. Payments are made directly through your own PhonePe/UPI app by scanning our QR code. We only record the order amount and a manually-confirmed payment status.

Your order and location details are used solely to fulfil your delivery and are not shared with third parties, except services strictly necessary to operate the site (such as our hosting provider and the PIN code lookup service used to estimate delivery distance).
