By ordering from Maa Annapurna Bhojanalaya ("we", "us", "our") through maatiffin.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders
All orders placed through the site are recorded as pending until payment is manually confirmed by our team. Prices shown (plan price + any delivery fee) are final at the time of ordering, calculated automatically based on your selected plan and delivery distance.
2. Payments
Payment is made via PhonePe/UPI by scanning the QR code shown after placing an order. Orders remain in "pending" status until we manually verify and confirm receipt of payment. Please send your order details via WhatsApp after paying, to help us confirm faster.
3. Delivery
- Lunch is delivered between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM. Dinner is delivered between 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Delivery is free within 5km of our kitchen. Beyond 5km, a distance-based fee applies as shown in your order summary before payment.
- Sunday lunch is not served. Sunday dinner is available as usual. Multi-day lunch packages automatically skip Sunday lunch and extend by one day to make up for it; lunch+dinner packages still deliver dinner on Sunday.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Cancellations and Changes
To cancel or modify an order, or to change your delivery address for a remaining package delivery, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Refunds for cancelled paid orders, where applicable, are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
5. Food Quality and Allergies
We prepare fresh, home-style food daily. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us via WhatsApp before ordering, as our standard thali is not customized by default.
6. Reviews
By submitting a review, you agree that your name, rating, and comment may be displayed publicly on our website. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or unrelated to our service.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect address/contact information provided at the time of ordering, or from events outside our reasonable control.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
